Hi, I’m Kara, the owner behind the business. I work with small to medium-sized businesses to help them grow through smart, practical digital strategies that actually make a difference. Over the years, I’ve managed more than $1.2 million in annual client business and worked with 80+ companies, but what matters most to me isn’t the numbers—it’s the people behind them.

With years of experience in the industry, I’ve built and now lead a close-knit team that handles everything from social media and content writing to SEO, SEM, and website updates. My role is to keep everything running smoothly—but more importantly, to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in the direction we’re going.

I’m not afraid of hard work or a challenge, and I don’t give up easily. When something isn’t working, I dig in, figure it out, and keep going until we get it right. That mindset is something I bring into every client relationship.

I didn’t get here overnight. My background in business and marketing, along with years of leadership experience managing large teams, has shaped how I approach challenges—stay organized, communicate clearly, and always keep the customer at the center of every decision.

What sets me apart is simple: I care—a lot. This isn’t just about making a sale for me. I take the time to truly understand your business, your goals, and what success looks like for you. About Noah: Noah Carter is a Marketing Consultant with Zimmer Communications. He brings an upbeat attitude to his clients while working to ensure clients come first. He is a recent graduate of Westminster College and is in the process of completing his Master’s degree through the University of Florida. Prior to working at Zimmer, he was the Clubhouse Manager at Tipton Country Club, where he helped greatly improve their marketing efforts and memberships. He has a passion for helping his clients grow and not only meet their goals, but exceed them.
